1.  45 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost.
2. 30 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost.
3. 15 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost.
4. 07 Days/No show 100% of tour cost.
5. Flight & Train tickets cancellation policies under which these services are provided by them.
6. We will charge 5% cancellation charges on all transactions in addition to other applicable cancellation charges.

4. Above Hotel Package Rates are not valid for Dewali, Xmas and New Year period. Applicable Hotel Rates/Package will be quoted as         per Festive occasions.
5. Prices are based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together. Surcharge is applicable for a passenger traveling alone. Child Rate            applies to children, between the ages of 3 to12 years.
6. These rates are not applicable during any Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Trade-fairs and High Season.
7. All bookings and confirmations are subject to availability. Amendment charges, cancellation charges will be applicable as per our             terms & conditions.
8. Any increase in the hotel tariffs, fuel charges or taxes, which may come into effect prior to the departure, will lead to an increase in         the tour price.
9. Any difference in the price will be payable by the client. There will be no refund on unused service. The confirmation could be in the      same or an alternate hotel in a similar category, subject to availability. Rates are subject to change, without prior notice.
10. Falcon Faster Than Fastest act only as an agent for the hotels, transporters, other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts         & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
11. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any                                      accommodation,transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident,            breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage’s,                          epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
12. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors             are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the             client’s risk.
